A Statewide Fun and Fitness Program |
I chose to walk an errand instead of driving my car!
My cholesterol has gone down 30 points. |
The walk is over, but I continue to walk each day. I enjoy it.
Each year participants are encouraged to share their Walk Across Texas success stories. Success stories can be anythng from losing weight, strengthening friendships, or spending more time with family. Here are a few selections we would like to share with you. We look forward to reading your success stories. |
