The City of Bryan, Community Development & Real Estate Services Department exists as the mechanism to receive, allocate and administer funding provided to the City by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through its Community Development Block Grant Program and its H.O.M.E. Investment Partnership Program.
Mission Statement
It shall be the mission of the Community Development & Real Estate Services Department of the City of Bryan to receive,
allocate, and administer CDBG and HOME funding in accordance with guidelines published by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the benefit of the citizens of the City of Bryan; to eliminate slum and blight; and for the general betterment of the community.
