To report fraud, waste, or abuse anonymously, call the Fraud Hotline at (979) 209-5465. You will reach the Fraud Hotline voice mail. The Hotline is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Callers are never required to identify themselves, and Caller ID is never used. You can also write the Fraud Hotline at P. O. Box 1000, Bryan, Texas 77805.
