Police Investigating Citi Bank Robbery
On Thursday November 4, 2010 around 1:00 pm, the Bryan Police Department received a call of a robbery at the Citi Bank located at 201 South Texas Ave. Several police officers responded to the area searching for the suspect. Patrol officers, Detectives, and the Crime Scene Technicians responded to the bank and began their investigation. It was reported that an unknown suspect entered the bank, approached a teller, and passed the teller a note demanding money. No weapon was displayed during the robbery and no one was injured. The suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black male. He is reported to be tall and thin with a shaved or bald head. He was last seen leaving on foot wearing a dark colored t-shirt and blue jeans.
