Wednesday, February 22, 2012Broomball Tournament for Coalition Against Domestic Violence
WHAT: The Brazos County Coalition Against Domestic Violence presents Broomball 2012.
Community members are invited to watch their local public servants slip and slide on the ice as they battle against each other for the honor of taking home the Golden Broom.
The event is a fundraiser to benefit the Brazos County Coalition Against Domestic Violence. It is pure entertainment watching the players wearing tennis shoes, armed with a broom-stick, and trying to hit a small rubber ball into the goal. The College Station Police Department is the reigning Champions and will be defending the title.
Admission is $5.00 for Adults and $2.00 for children.
