New Bryan Police Officers Graduate

The Bryan Police Department would like to welcome 4 new officers to the police force.  Today Chief Eric Buske swore in 4 new officers that had just completed an 18 week Police Academy put on by the Texas Engineering Extension Service, TEEX.  The recent cadets, now officers, graduated alongside 24 other officers from the Brazos Valley after passing their state licensing exam.  A graduation ceremony will be held at the George Bush Library, 1000 George Bush Dr., College Station, at 5:00pm.

The new officers are Gregory Blankenship Jr., Amber Luecke, Seth Waller, and Dr. Mark “Andy” Wilson (a Reserve Officer).  These fresh officers will continue their training and new careers at the Bryan Police Department as they pair up with senior officers in a Field Training Program and eventually head out on the streets on their own.
