Feline Frenzy Adoption Event During the month of June, in honor of “Adopt a Shelter Cat” month, the Bryan Animal Center is hosting a special $25 cat adoption special. Also during June, visitors can adopt a kitten for free with a donation to the Animal Center. (Limit one cat or kitten per household.) Cat and kitten adoptions include: FeLV/FIV test, de-worming, the FVRCP vaccination, and the cats are micro-chipped. New prices and services added to adoption packages Effective immediately the Bryan Animal Center is offering new prices and services on all adoption packages. The packages are listed below: Dogs: $80 Dogs are heartworm tested, de-wormed, receive one Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus (DHPP) vaccination, one Bordetella vaccination, and are micro-chipped. Puppies: $90 Puppies are de-wormed, are current on Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus (DHPP) vaccinations, receive one Bordetella vaccination, and are micro-chipped. Cats: $50 Cats are tested for the feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus (FeLV/FIV, de-wormed, receive Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus Infection, Panleukopenia (FVRCP) vaccination, and are micro-chipped. Kittens: $60 Kittens are tested for the feline leukemia virus (FeLV), de-wormed, are current on Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis/Calicivirus Infection/Panleukopenia (FVRCP) vaccination, and are micro-chipped. Bryan Animal Center now offering micro-chipping The Bryan Animal Center is now offering a micro-chipping service to any pet owner. Micro-chips with a local registration (meaning the information is stored at the Animal Center facility) are $10, and micro-chips with a national registration (your pet’s information is stored in a national database) are $20.99.
