Press Release Monday, October 15, 2012Bryan Police Investigate Report of Possible Human Remains
Late last week the Bryan Police Department Criminal Investigation Division received information that possible human remains were buried in Bryan, Texas in the late 1960s. Follow up investigation led to excavating at 608 E 24th Street. At this time bones have been located at this address. The excavation process is lengthy and can take several hours or even days. The bones and any other evidence located will be sent to a laboratory to determine if the bones are human or animal and whether or not a crime has occurred. When additional information becomes available further updates will be released.
