IHOP FRANCHISEE BUYS TRACT AT BOONVILLE TOWN CENTER IN BRYAN, TEXAS
Bryan, Texas—The Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC, in conjunction with the City of Bryan, is pleased to announce that a tract has been sold to a franchisee of International House of Pancakes (IHOP), on the northwest side of the Boonville Town Center Development, located near State Highway 6 and Boonville Road in Bryan, Texas.
The IHOP franchisee has purchased the 1.27 acre tract at the northwest corner of State Highway 6 Feeder Road and Austin’s Colony Parkway Extension. This is the third mover in the development, following Walgreens Pharmacy and the five floor, 100 room, upper mid-scale “Best Western Atrea™ at Old Town Center,” which features approximately 4,000 SF of meeting space. Construction of the IHOP is projected to begin in late spring and completed by the end of 2009.

Six tracts remain available at Boonville Town Center, 1 acre to 4 acres, zoned C-2, Retail. The remaining tracts offer architectural controls with deed restrictions and feature exceptional location and visibility on State Highway 6.
