Press Release Wednesday, June 03, 2009Arrest made in dog poisoning case
Ronald Kimball was arrested on a stalking warrant that stemmed from an investigation involving poisoned meat left in the Meadow Lane area in Bryan. Kimball turned himself in to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office this morning around 7:00 am. The Bryan Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is still investigating the offenses that occurred.
Arrested: Ronald Webb Kimball, W/M, DOB 05/10/1944
Stalking is a Third Degree Felony and is punishable by confinement for a term from 2 to 10 years in prison; and an optional fine not to exceed $10,000.
The Bryan Police Department would like to thank the numerous State and Federal agencies and the public for their assistance in this ongoing investigation. Though the investigation is not complete, it is through these partnerships that the City of Bryan is one step closer to becoming the safest City in the Great State of Texas.
