Bryan Police Investigate Aggravated Robbery
On December 29, 2009, at 1:51pm, The Bryan Police Department received a call and responded to a gunshot victim in the 1200 block of Saunders. Bryan Police and Bryan Fire responded to the scene to investigate. Bryan Fire took the victim to St. Joseph’s Hospital for medical treatment. The injuries appear to be non life threatening. The Criminal Investigation Division responded to assist in interviewing witnesses and the victim.
It was determined that two black males approached a 36 year old, Hispanic male, from Bryan, to discuss a vehicle that was for sale. A scuffle ensued and the victim’s wallet was taken and then victim was shot. The two black males fled on foot for a short distance and then entered a white vehicle and fled the scene.
