Copperfield Drive Closed for 4 Hours
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tomorrow, Thursday, 2/25/10, beginning at Noon, the Texas Department of Transportationís (TxDOT) contractor will close Copperfield Drive from Sagebriar to FM 60 for about four hours. This closure will allow the contractor to pour some concrete paving on Copperfield Drive. During this closure, traffic will be detoured down Stoneparc Drive and Cross Point Drive.
This project is being done to improve both safety and capacity at this intersection. Motorists who travel this area are reminded to obey all traffic control.
This $514,053.95 intersection improvement project is contracted to Glenn Fuqua, Inc., out of Navasota, Texas. This work is anticipated to be complete in May.
