New "Bryan Living and Learning" Online Now
45th Episode Features Ronnie Jackson – Jefferson Award Winner
The City of Bryan and Bryan ISD released the new episode of “Bryan Living and Learning”, their in-depth television show online, May 11. The most recent episode is once again hosted by Bryan’s Communications Specialist Allen Bruggman and Bryan ISD’s Communications Director, Sandy Farris.
The two hosts introduce a variety of stories during Episode 45. The City’s feature story is a look at Youth & Neighborhood Services Manager Ronnie Jackson’s big night at the local Jefferson Awards.
The City also has stories on the Bond Rating that Bryan received, the official dedication of the Clara B. Mounce Public Library and an Economic Development Association grant the City received. There are also stories on Bryan’s “green plan” – the Sustainability Assessment Plan, a look at the City’s budget presentation during the most recent City Council Meeting and a look at the Health and Safety Expo.
Bryan ISD checks in with a look at a Bonham fundraising project that sent local veterans to Washington D.C., a Fannin Elementary class that toured a local Burger King and a Brazilian teacher who visited Rudder High School. The Rudder Culinary Arts Academy is also featured on the episode.
