Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) has contracted with Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. to perform inspections and preservative treatment of wooden electric distribution poles.
This program is part of an effort by BTU to identify poles that may need preventative maintenance or replacement as part of BTU’s overall preventative maintenance program.
The project is scheduled to begin December 4, 2017 and should be completed by the end of April 2018. Area residents may notice Osmose trucks and personnel in the area throughout the project period.
