City of Bryan Municipal Offices Closed for Labor Day

 

The City of Bryan Municipal Office building and all other City administrative offices will be closed Monday, September 4th, in observance of Labor Day and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th. Please note the schedule below for additional City facilities and services:

Bryan Municipal Court

The Bryan Municipal Court will be closed Monday, September 4th. Any documents or payments due to the Court this day will only be accepted on Tuesday, September 5th.

Solid Waste and Brush/Bulky Pick-Up

The residential solid waste and brush/bulky pick-up service routes will run on the normal schedule.

Public Works Call Center

The Public Works Call Center will be closed Monday, September 4th, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th. Residents with emergency traffic, water, sewer, or utility needs may call 979-822-3777 for after-hours assistance.

Bryan Recycling Center

The Bryan Recycling Center will be closed Monday, September 4th, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th.

Bryan Animal Center

The Bryan Animal Center will be closed Monday, September 4th, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th.

Bryan+College Station Library System

The Clara B. Mounce Public Library, Larry J. Ringer Public Library, and Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History will be closed Monday, September 4th, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th.

Travis B. Bryan Municipal Golf Course

The Travis B. Bryan Municipal Golf Course will be open with normal operating hours on Monday, September 4th, and throughout the holiday weekend.

Coulter Field

The Coulter Field Terminal will be closed Monday, September 4th. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, September 5th.

Community Development Services

The Community Development Services Department will be closed Monday, September 4th, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th.

Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU)

BTU will be closed Monday, September 4th, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th. To make a bill payment, please visit one of the kiosks at any of the following locations (cash or check only):

  • HEB at Texas Avenue and Hwy 21
  • HEB at 725 E. Villa Maria
  • Texan Market at Harvey Mitchell Pkwy & Villa Maria (open 24 hours)

You may also pay your utilities at www.btutilities.com or via phone through the automated “E-payment” option by calling 979-821-5700.

Residents with emergency traffic, water, sewer, or utility needs may call 979-822-3777 for after-hours assistance.
