On Wednesdays in June, bring your lunch or grab some from a nearby restaurant and come sit outdoors at The Palace Theater in Historic Downtown Bryan to learn something new and interesting from expert presenters.
Bryan Parks & Recreation is hosting four Lunch & Learns from noon to 1 p.m. at The Palace Theater on the following dates:
- June 2: Know Your Neck. Learn how to take care of your neck so it will take care of you. Instructor Dr. Alexander Howe of Advance Therapy Aquatic & Wellness Center.
- June 9: Jump Start Your Yoga and Mindfulness. Find peace and improve focus. Instructor Lexie Allgower of Life and Design by Lexie.
- June 16: Downtown Dwellers. Meet your downtown merchants and friends. Speaker Cindy Hessong, founder of the Downtown Bryan Residents Association.
- June 23: Let’s Talk About the Walk. Your proper walking form and how to start a walking program. Instructor Dr. Kristin Brekken, TAMU Kinesiology.
