Registration is OPEN for the 2018 TAAF Games of Texas! In collaboration with the City of College Station and Texas A&M University, the BCS will be visitors’ home away from home for olympic-style competitions in archery, pickleball, judo, lifeguarding, boxing, golf, skateboarding, soccer, bowling, swimming, tennis, sand volleyball, skeet shooting and track and field.
If you or someone you know is interested in competing, direct them to taaf.com/gamesoftexas. There are some eligibility restrictions and registration deadlines vary per sport.
Want to be a part of the event but not compete? We need volunteers! Volunteers must be at least 15 years old and will receive free refreshments and an official Games of Texas shirt. To learn more about volunteering for Games of Texas, please visit taaf.com/volunteers no later than July 12.
TAAF’s mission shall be to create and maintain in the State of Texas a permanent organization representative of amateur athletics and/or organizations, devoted thereto; to establish and maintain the highest ideals of amateur sports in the State of Texas; promote the development of physical education and to encourage the standardization of rules of all amateur athletics, games and competitions.
