In need of a summer job? The City of Bryan Parks and Recreation Department has one, just for you!
The City is currently hiring lifeguards, camp counselors, and recreation attendants for our summer recreational programs. These part-time, seasonal positions offer a fun, meaningful experience for anyone 16 years of age and older looking for fun in the sun – it really couldn’t be better! Individuals in these positions will play an important role in making sure children and families enjoy our aquatic facilities, each summer activity, and so much more.
Interested in being a lifeguard but not certified? Apply with us and you’ll get a lifeguard certification class, your whistle, and your pocket mask for only $150 for Bryan residents ($165 for non-residents). But, that’s not all. If you work with us through the entire summer, the City will reimburse you for your certification cost.
