WHEN: Thursday, December 7th – 6 PM to 7:30 PM
WHERE: Neal Recreation Center, 600 N. Randolph, Bryan, TX 77803
This is not your ordinary workshop! Families will be actively involved, one on one, with professionals who can answer their financial questions. Participants will be given a financial “passport” and will travel through different educational booths with guidance from BOBV members. There will be two credit booths that present on what credit is, what credit scores mean, and common credit problems and solutions. In addition, there will be two smart savings booths, one for adults and one for children, helping families learn how to save for their future.
After completing the tour, participants will be given a final presentation “Remember the Reason for the Season” by the Financial Fitness Center, a BOBV partner. While supplies last, each will also receive a free financial tool entitled Is There Hope for Me.
