The City of Bryan is excited to announce its fifth year as a Champion of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM). We continue to be committed to cybersecurity, online safety and privacy. This year, as an effort to promote and raise awareness, we will have weekly fact-based posts highlighting importance of online safety, both at work and at home.
Beginning this month, City of Bryan Parks & Recreation will conduct quarterly clean-ups at the Bryan City Cemetery to ensure a respectful appearance and to allow for ongoing maintenance at the cemetery.
This first clean-up will occur the last week of February, and subsequent clean-ups will occur on a quarterly basis during the second weeks of February, May, August and November each year.
During the clean-up, the city may remove any non-allowed items as well as live and artificial flowers that are dead, faded or tattered. Families are encouraged to remove any items they wish to keep in advance of the scheduled clean-up.
Please see City of Bryan Code of Ordinances, Chapter 22 for a full list of regulations regarding decorations allowed in the cemetery. Anyone with questions may call 979.209.5230.
