Beginning January 9, 2017, the subcommittee met 11 times to gather information, define subject matter, determine if the circumstances warrant further consideration and if so, make recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding future action. In the process of public input, the subcommittee conducted two public input meetings and opened a survey to allow the public to voice their opinions. 16 public input boards were filled out and 22 citizens spoke at the public meetings. 288 total surveys were received and 21 email comments were delivered to the subcommittee.
