Our customer service representatives are here to serve you from Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
If you need to request repairs or get more information about a particular service, please contact the call center:

Holiday Closure Contact
The call center is closed on all City of Bryan office holidays. During holiday closures, refer to the holiday contact information below for support. View the Solid Waste collection holiday closure schedule here.
For non-emergency requests please submit a service request to our Help Bryan online report form here. These requests will be handled on the next Monday-Friday business day.
