Public Hearings
- Consideration of an ordinance to amend the text of Bryan Code of Ordinances Section 62-297 – Parking and Circulation, Section 130-18 – DT-S, Downtown – South District, and Section 130-33 – Conditional Use Permits to revise section numbering and correct inter-chapter references.
Consent
- Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 10 – “Animals” to revise Article IV - Livestock, Fowl, and Other Agricultural Animals, to require ferrets to be licensed with a Brazos County Pet Tag, aligning city regulations with current Brazos County licensing requirements.
- Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bryan, City of College Station and Brazos County for the purpose of applying for a joint formula grant through the U.S. Department of Justice under the 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.
Statutory
- Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an Advanced Funding Agreement for a Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Program Project with TxDOT for the 29th Street Shared Use Path Project, utilizing Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization Category Nine Funds in the total amount of $1,917,432, composed of $1,523,000 of federal funds and $380,750 in local match funds.
- Consideration of a contract agreement for Request for Qualifications No. 26-015 “Design/Build Services for the Replacement of Existing HVAC System for City of Bryan Fire Station No. 2” with SpawGlass Construction Corp., in an amount not to exceed $1,450,000.

- Approval of a professional services agreement with Jackson & Ryan Architects for a new City of Bryan Animal Shelter in an amount not to exceed $525,000.
- Approval of Design Amendment No. 1 for South College Avenue Phase 4 Reconstruction to GLS Engineering in an amount not to exceed $617,000.
- Consider the appointment of an individual to the Bryan-Brazos County Economic Development Foundation.
- Consider adoption of a resolution approving and authorizing publication and posting of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation in a principal amount not to exceed $70,000,000.
- Approval of an ordinance changing the name of Bomber Drive, from its intersection with Williamson Drive to its intersection with West Carson Street, to Midtown Park Boulevard.
