• Rezoning request to change the classification from a combination of Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) and Residential – Neighborhood Conservation District (R-NC) to Planned Development District (PD), on 0.396 acres of land addressed as 600 and 604 E. 27th Street.

• Consideration of an ordinance to amend the text of Bryan Code of Ordinances Section 62-297 – Parking and Circulation, Section 130-18 – DT-S, Downtown – South District, and Section 130-33 – Conditional Use Permits to revise section numbering and correct inter-chapter references.

• Rezoning request to change the classification from Agricultural – Open District (A-O) to Commercial District (C-3), on 3.51 acres addressed as 3202 Colson Road.

• Rezoning request to change the classification from Mixed Use District (MU-2) to Retail District (C-2) on 0.312 acres addressed as 400 Oak Street.

• Rezoning request to change the classification from Residential District – 7000 (RD-7) to Retail District (C-2) on three properties covering 2.472 acres addressed as 710, 724 and 800 E. Villa Maria Road.

• Approval of a refund of penalties and interest in the amount of $273.68 paid to the City of Bryan for delinquent ad valorem tax.

• Execution of a lease agreement with Destination Bryan for the lease of office space within the City of Bryan Development Center.

• Second contract extension for purchase of sulfur dioxide gas with PVS DX, Inc. in a not to exceed amount of $138,060.

• Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 10 – “Animals” to revise Article IV - Livestock, Fowl, and Other Agricultural Animals, to require ferrets to be licensed with a Brazos County Pet Tag, aligning city regulations with current Brazos County licensing requirements.

• Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bryan, City of College Station and Brazos County for the purpose of applying for a joint formula grant through the U.S. Department of Justice under the 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.

• Resolution supporting the proposal to include the Future Interstate Highway Formula Program in the next Federal Surface Transportation Authorization Bill.

Statutory

• Resolution authorizing execution of an Advanced Funding Agreement and Landscape Maintenance Agreement with TxDOT regarding installation of landscaping and signal/light pole powder coating for the State Highway 6 Central Widening Project.

• Resolution to adopt the interjurisdictional 2024-2029 Brazos County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan.

• Approval of an increase to the Fiscal Year 2026 Blanket Purchase Order for Southern Tire Mart for new tires from $100,000 to $200,000.

• Design Contract for Midtown North Street Reconstructions to Schultz Engineering LLC in a not to exceed amount of $725,000.

• Right-of-Way Abandonment request to abandon 0.13 acres of public street right-of-way along Lucky Street, extending southeast of McCulloch Street.

• Resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an Advanced Funding Agreement for a Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Program Project with TxDOT for the 29th Street Shared Use Path Project, utilizing Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization Category Nine Funds in the total amount of $1,917,432, composed of $1,523,000 of federal funds and $380,750 in local match funds.

• Approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 86, Article 2, Division 2, Section 86-52, regarding regulations about the use of city parks by individuals or organizations for profit.

• Approval of payment of the Special Commissioner’s award of $300,000 for the condemnation of Hodde Tracts for the Groesbeck Extension Project.

• Consideration of a contract agreement for Request for Qualifications No. 26-015 “Design/Build Services for the Replacement of Existing HVAC System for City of Bryan Fire Station No. 2” with SpawGlass Construction Corp., in an amount not to exceed $1,450,000.

• Consider a First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement: American Lumber between the City of Bryan and The American Trade Group, Inc.

• Approval of an ordinance closing a portion of Louis Mikulin Road.

• Approval of an amended and restated Right-of-Way Easement along Louis Mikulin Road from the City of Bryan to Axis Pipe and Tube, LLC.

Regular

• Approval of a professional services agreement with Jackson & Ryan Architects for a new City of Bryan Animal Shelter in an amount not to exceed $525,000.

• Approval of Design Amendment No. 1 for South College Avenue Phase 4 Reconstruction to GLS Engineering in an amount not to exceed $617,000.

• Consider the appointment of an individual to the Bryan-Brazos County Economic Development Foundation.

• Consider adoption of a resolution approving and authorizing publication and posting of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation in a principal amount not to exceed $70,000,000.

• Approval of an ordinance changing the name of Bomber Drive, from its intersection with Williamson Drive to its intersection with West Carson Street, to Midtown Park Boulevard.
