Public Hearing

Consideration of the first reading of an ordinance approving and adopting a budget for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2026, and ending Sept. 30, 2027, inclusive, with expenditures in the combined total of $569,013,800.

Consent

Tri-party agreement for residential reconstruction of 805 Boulevard Street with the qualifying homeowner and the contractor, Quality Works Construction, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $177,990, and a note with the homeowner household in the amount of $181,168.43.

Approval of a Backup Dispatch Facility Agreement between the City of Bryan, City of College Station, Brazos County, and the Brazos County Emergency Communications District for the operation of a Backup Dispatch Facility.

Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget of the Brazos County Emergency Communications District (911 District) in the amount of $7,629,171, and consider approval of the Fiscal Year 2027 Dispatch Agreement with the 911 District in the amount of $2,769,028.

Funding contract in the amount of $104,544.33 with Elder-Aid, Inc., for development of 2002 Avenue C in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 26-042, and authorize the Mayor to execute the Land Use Restriction Agreement.

Amendment to the Destination Bryan Bylaws, providing authority for the Bryan City Council to reappoint Destination Bryan Directors for one or more additional three-year terms.

Consider appointment of individuals to the Destination Bryan Board of Directors.
