  • Tri-Party Agreement for residential reconstruction of 1213 Antone Street with the qualifying homeowner and the contractor, Quality Works Construction, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $185,000, and a note with the homeowner household in the amount of $92,887.48. This project is part of the City of Bryan Community Development's Housing Assistance Program with grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
