- Owner-requested annexation of 24.59 acres, located generally northwest of the intersection of West State Highway 21 and Smetana Road.
Consent
- Purchase Order with First Response Family Clinic for $131,000 for firefighter physicals and occupational cancer screenings.
- Resolution authorizing the Bryan Police Department to seek grant funding from the State of Texas Public Safety Office for rifle resistant body armor, in the amount of $54,000.
- Resolution authorizing the Bryan Police Department to seek grant funding through the Bullet-Resistant Glass and Door Panels Program Grant from the Office of the Governor, in the amount of $76,709.52.
- Contract extension between Alinea Physiotherapy and Wellness and the Bryan Fire Department.
- Interlocal Agreement with the Bryan-College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization for a not to exceed amount of $40,000 for the Complete Streets Study.
- Blanket Purchase Order with Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in the amount of $125,000 and a term expiring June 30, 2027, for the rental of temporary HVAC equipment for Fire Station No. 2; and ratification of Blanket Purchase Order No. 250651 in the amount of $110,000 for the same purpose.
- Rejection of all proposals received under the Request for Proposals “Operator for Downtown Parking Technology Implementation and Enforcement.”
Statutory
- Purchase of component parts for the Advanced Meter Infrastructure system for Water Services, for a not to exceed amount of $250,000.
- Ordinance to amend Bryan Code of Ordinances Chapter 118 - Traffic and Vehicles, to repeal and replace Section 118-97(a) and Section 118-99 pertaining to the standards for motor vehicle traffic, including restrictions on stopping, standing and parking vehicles.
- First Extension of a Professional Services Contract with CME Testing and Engineering for Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing and Construction Inspection Services, in the not to exceed amount of $25,000.
- First Extension of a Professional Services Contract with Gessner Engineering for Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing and Construction Inspection Services, in the not to exceed amount of $325,000.
- First Extension of a Professional Services Contract with Terracon Consultants, Inc. for Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing and Construction Inspection Services, in the not to exceed amount of $250,000.
- Tri-Party Agreement for residential reconstruction of 1213 Antone Street with the qualifying homeowner and the contractor, Quality Works Construction, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $185,000, and a note with the homeowner household in the amount of $92,887.48. This project is part of the City of Bryan Community Development's Housing Assistance Program with grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
- Three-and-a-half year Enterprise Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute for Geographic Information System software, in the amount of $211,050.
- Contract with A Brush Above Services LLC for renovation projects at Travis Major Field.
- First Amendment of a Contract for Professional Services - 2D Stormwater Master Plan between the City of Bryan and Torres & Associates, LLC.
- Construction Contract for Oakmont Lift Station and Force Main to Kieschnick General Contractors, in the not to exceed amount of $872,480.
- Memorandum of Agreement with Adam Development Properties for the gravity sewer line associated with the above construction contract.
- Fiscal Year 2025 Funding Agreement between the City of Bryan and the Brazos Transit District, in the amount of $334,000.
Regular
- Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the City of Bryan, Brazos County and Emergency Services Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the operation and maintenance of the CentralSquare Technologies Enterprise Computer Aided Dispatch System and Services.
- Purchase of the CentralSquare Computer Aided Dispatch software platform to assist with dispatching City of Bryan Public Safety.
- Consider appointments to Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Boards #21 and #22 and appoint Chairs to each board.
- Appointment of four steering committee members to serve on the Bryan College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization Complete Streets Study.
