The Bryan City Council also serves as the Board of Directors for Bryan Commerce and Development Inc., the city’s economic development arm. Meeting is held in Room 305.

Public Hearings
- Rezoning request to change the classification from Agricultural - Open District (A-O) to Residential District - 7000 (RD-7), on 21.59 acres at 4150 Sandy Point Road.
- Rezoning request to change the classification from a combination of Retail District (C-2) and Industrial District (I) to Commercial District (C-3), on 8.23 acres located at the south corner of Finfeather and Turkey Creek Roads.
Consent
- One year agreement with CyberOne for anti-malware software and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) protection from CrowdStrike for $109,979.29.
- Consider authorizing 16 Bryan Fire Department personnel to participate in the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) 2026 Paramedic Program, with all costs covered by an Assistance to Firefighters Grant.
- Resolution approving Reassignment of the Travis Park Facility Management Agreement between the City of Bryan and Rally Cap Investments, LLC (RCI) to Sports Facilities Companies, LLC (SFC), due to RCI being acquired by SFC.
- Travis Bryan Midtown Park Design Amendment No. 13 with Mitchell and Morgan, LLP, for a not to exceed amount of $8,171.30.
Statutory
- Right-of-Way Abandonment request to abandon 0.159 acres of public street right-of-way for Aspen Street, southeast of its intersection with Foch Street.
- Repeal and replace Ordinance No. 2727 pertaining to the classifications and number of positions in the Fire and Police Departments pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code.
- First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between the City of Bryan and Bryan Commerce and Development (BCD) and a First Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development agreement between the City of Bryan and OFL Group LTD CO for the redevelopment of the north end of Downtown Bryan.
- Contract for the design of Brushy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant with CDM Smith for a not to exceed amount of $5,282,400.
- Annual cement stabilized sand contract with BPI Materials, Inc. for a not to exceed amount of $170,000.
- Five-year contract for Coulter Airfield aviation fuel between the City of Bryan and Ascent Aviation Group, Inc. for an annual amount not to exceed $400,000.
- Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Lone Star Recreation of Texas, LLC, for additional play structures, shade, furnishings and themed signs at the Travis Bryan Midtown Park Signature Playground, in an amount not to exceed $361,591.96.
- Contract with Team Solutions, LLC for the replacement of Variable Air Volume controllers at the Bryan Justice Center and Bryan Municipal Office Building for $192,012.
- Resolution of intent to reimburse the Wastewater Fund from future debt proceeds for the design of Brushy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, for a not to exceed amount of $5,282,400.
