The Bryan City Council also serves as the Board of Directors for Bryan Commerce and Development Inc., the city’s economic development arm. The meeting is held in Room 305.

- Change Order No. 7 for the South College Avenue Phase One Reconstruction Project (W. Villa Maria Road to Carson Street), for a total deduction to the contract of $15,520.03.
- Resolution authorizing city staff to submit a Texas Water Development Board Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant application to the Texas Water Development Board to request grant funding for improvements to the City of Bryan’s Water Production System totaling $21,000,000.
- Construction contract for the Low Service Pump Station Backup Generator to C.F. McDonald Electric, in the not to exceed amount of $938,969.
- Construction contract for Trafalgar Traffic Signals to Brazos Paving, Inc for a not to exceed amount of $1,517,612.31.

- Adoption of an ordinance to temporarily close N. Houston Avenue between E. 26th Street and E. William Joel Bryan Parkway for Brazos County Courthouse Annex Building construction.
