- Presentation regarding a socioeconomic impact study for establishing desired future conditions within the Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation District and Groundwater Management Area 12.

The Bryan City Council also serves as the Board of Directors for Bryan Commerce and Development Inc., the city’s economic development arm. Meeting is held in Room 305.

Public Hearings
- Rezoning request to change the classification from a combination of Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) and Residential – Neighborhood Conservation District (R-NC) to Planned Development District (PD), on 0.396 acres of land addressed as 600 and 604 East 27th Street.
Consent
- Consideration and possible action to revise the bylaws of Bryan Texas Utilities Qualified Scheduling Entity (BTU QSE) Services, Inc.
- Resolution amending Resolution No. 4071 authorizing the Multi-Use Agreement for Flock Safety Automated License Plate Readers to be placed in TxDOT rights-of-way.
- Change Order No. 1 to the contract with D&S Contracting Inc. for the State Highway 6 Utility Relocation project, for an amount not to exceed $88,424.
- Resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the Brazos Valley Council of Governments for the Office of the Governor Homeland Security Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Activities (LEPTA) Grant Program.
- Resolution authorizing execution of a Boundary Line Agreement with GRT Interests, LLC.
Statutory
- Purchase of vehicles and equipment budgeted for Fiscal Year 2026 from Sames, for an amount not to exceed $491,666.29.
- Contract for Request for Proposal No. 26-005 “Renovation of Fire Station No. 4” with Aggieland Construction, LTD, in an amount not to exceed $309,900.

- Consider approval of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between Messer, LLC and the City of Bryan.
