• Rezoning request to amend the previously-approved Planned Development District (PD) on 2.21 acres of vacant land at 600 Woodson Drive, specifically to revise the concept drawings and physical development standards.

• Rezoning request to change the zoning classification from Residential District – 5000 (RD-5) to Multiple – Family Residential District (MF) on 1.05 acres of vacant land at the southwest corner of Tabor Road and Siegert Drive.

• Rezoning request to change the zoning classification from Agricultural – Open District (A-O) to Commercial District (C-3) on 2.208 acres of land adjoining the northeast side of State Highway 30.

• Public hearing and first reading of an ordinance on a proposal to adopt a property tax rate of $0.624000 per $100.00 valuation.

• Contract extensions with vendors for Fiscal Year 2027 books and materials for the BCS Public Libraries.

• Easement release request authorizing the release a 0.019-acre portion of a 0.431-acre City of Bryan public utility easement, and a 0.048-acre portion of a 0.081-acre electrical and communications easement, approximately 2,914 square feet in area near the intersection of W. Villa Maria Road and Traditions Boulevard.

• Approval of Fiscal Year 2027 Information Technology blanket purchase orders.

• Approval of Fiscal Year 2027 blanket purchase orders for miscellaneous utilities and services.

• Approval of Fiscal Year 2027 blanket purchase orders for office supplies, materials and equipment.

• Approval of Fiscal Year 2027 warehouse blanket purchase orders.

• Approval of a blanket purchase order with CASCO Industries, Inc. for the purchase of personal protective equipment, firefighting foam and hand tools in an amount not to exceed $225,000 annually through Fiscal Year 2029.

• Approval of the purchase of water meters and associated components from Sensus for Fiscal Year 2027, for a not to exceed amount of $1,400,000.

• Interlocal Cooperation Contract between the Texas Department of Public Safety and the City of Bryan Municipal Court under the authority of Texas Government Code Chapter 791.

• First extensions to contracts for Request for Proposals No. 25-036 “Annual Price Agreement for Parks and Facility Landscape Maintenance Groups 1-6” to Yellowstone Landscape Central Inc. for groups one, two, three and five in the amount of $753,975.19; Green Teams, Inc. for group four in the amount of $90,867; and Grassmasters for group six in the amount of $39,195, for a total amount of all three contracts being $884,037.19.

• Change Order No. 2 to construction contract with D&S Contracting, LLC for the State Highway 6 Utility Crossings in the not to exceed amount of $243,060.50.

• Resolution adopting an Investment Policy for the City of Bryan, Texas for Fiscal Year 2027.

• Award a two-year policy to Safety National Casualty Corporation for the city's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance with an estimated annual premium of $285,773 and a two-year total of $571,546.

• Adoption of the first and only reading of an ordinance of the City of Bryan, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2752 increasing the expenditure budget appropriations for Fiscal Year 2026 from $548,670,400 to $580,720,400.

• Award the city's property insurance for Fiscal Year 2027 to Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP) at a premium rate of $0.1563 per $100 insured value for a projected premium of $745,912.

• Award the Fiscal Year 2027 All-Risk Property and Equipment and Breakdown Policy for Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) power generation assets to AEGIS/Zurich at a rate of $0.3048 per $100 insured value for a projected annual premium of $1,231,253.

• Award the city's Liability Insurance Program to include General Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, and Auto Liability to Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP) for a projected annual premium of $276,002.

• Award of a liability insurance policy with Beazley for one-year beginning Oct. 1, 2026, and ending Sept. 30, 2027, at a premium not to exceed $120,624.

• Award the city's Auto Physical Damage and Auto Catastrophe Insurance coverage for the Fiscal Year 2027 policy period to Hanover for a projected annual premium of $173,905.

• Award the Fiscal Year 2027 Excess Liability Policy for Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) to AEGIS for an annual premium not to exceed $265,802.

• Approve the second of two additional one-year periods with Ochs, Inc. for Employee Group Life and AD&D Insurance and Employee Group Long Term Disability Insurance with an estimated combined annual cost of $297,509.

• Consider purchasing holiday lighting and decor from Dekra-Lite for the Clara B. Mounce Public Library Plaza and Downtown Bryan area in an amount not to exceed $236,803.

Regular

• Consider appointment to the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency.

• Approval at second and final reading of ordinance to adopt the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget.
