Notice of Public Hearing Feb. 10, 2026, on Owner-Requested Annexation ANN25-04

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at a meeting scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m., the Bryan City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Bryan, Texas, of the following described property, to-wit:

24.59 acres of land out of the John Williams League, Abstract No. 237, located generally northwest of the intersection of W. State Highway 21 (SH 21) and Smetana Road in the City of Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Brazos County, Texas (case no. ANN25-04).

The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Bryan Municipal Office Building located at 300 S. Texas Avenue in Bryan, Texas.
