Notice of Public Hearing Nov. 18, 2025, on Owner-Requested Annexation ANN25-03

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at a meeting scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m., the Bryan City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Bryan, Texas, of the following described property, to-wit:

24.27 acres of land out of the Stephen F. Austin Survey #10, Abstract No. 63, 9.68 acres of land out of Carrabba Industrial Park Subdivision – Phase 10A,  2.33 acres of County right-of-way for Boatcallie Road, 1.3 acres of County right-of-way for Roughneck Drive, and 0.72 acres of County right-of-way for Tabor Road (FM 974), for a total of 38.3 acres of land located generally south of Tabor Road (FM 974) between Boatcallie and Marino Roads in the City of Bryan’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Brazos County, Texas (case no. ANN25-03).

The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Bryan Municipal Office Building located at 300 S. Texas Avenue in Bryan, Texas.
