How to Register or Reserve

Program registration and facility reservations are available online, by phone or in person. Payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card or check. Make checks payable to “City of Bryan.”

Online

Visit parks.bryantx.gov to register. A household account is required before enrolling in any program or reserving a facility. To create an account:

  1. Click on “My Account” in the top right of the webpage.
  2. Select “Don’t have an account? Sign Up Now.”
  3. Fill out the required information. Be sure to enter your correct birthdate (month, day and year), as some programs have age-specific requirements. Then click “Finish.”
  4. To register children, a spouse or others, click “Add Family Member.”
  5. Complete the Family Member section and repeat as necessary. Include the birthdate for each family member. When finished, click “Done.”

Transfers and Refunds

If a participant is not satisfied with a class, activity or rental, contact the Parks and Recreation Department to address the concern. In addition to using feedback to improve services, one of the following options may be arranged:

  • Programs: Transfer to another class, credit for future enrollment or a refund.
  • Rentals: Reschedule the facility rental or issue a refund. Refunds are only available for cancellations made before the rental date. The rental contract must be returned to the Parks and Recreation Office at least one day before the scheduled rental.

All program and rental refunds are subject to a $10 fee or 10% of the total cost, whichever is greater. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather. Prices are subject to change.

Returned Check Policy

The City of Bryan will assess a $15 service charge for all returned checks. Participation in programs, facility rentals or leagues is not permitted until all fees are paid in full.

Canceled Classes

The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel classes, adjust schedules or locations and substitute instructors as needed. Classes are canceled 24 hours before the scheduled start time if minimum enrollment is not met.

Note: City of Bryan facilities are not child care facilities and the programs are not licensed by the state of Texas for child care under Texas Human Resources Code section 42.041(b)(14).
