Get ready to step into better health with Walk with a Doc! The City of Bryan Parks and Recreation Department, in collaboration with Baylor Scott & White, invites you to join a walk led by a doctor or health professional each month. It’s a great opportunity to meet new friends while exercising and learning ways to improve your health.
It’s free to participate, but registration is required and a waiver must be completed on-site before the walk begins. All ages are welcome, however those 17 and younger must be with an adult.
Walks are held on a Saturday from 9 - 10 a.m. The schedule is below:

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor walks will be held inside Neal Recreation Center, 600 N. Randolph Avenue.
