Update: The Bryan City Council voted unanimously to rescind its termination notice with the condition that the current Exclusive Facility Use Agreement will allow the City of Bryan to issue Request for Proposals after 60 days from July 18, 2024. The current agreement ends Dec. 31, 2025. This still allows for negotiations to occur prior to the end of the agreement.
