The City of Bryan’s Planning and Development Services Department received the 2023 Richard R. Lillie, FAICP Planning Excellence Recognition Program from the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association for the eighth consecutive year.
On Friday, Sept.15, members of the City of Bryan’s Planning staff accepted the 2023 General Plan Award from the American Planning Association Texas Chapter’s Central Section.
