- Approval of a waterline easement for property located at 2626 Silver Hill Road.
- Resolution suspending enforcement of dwelling unit occupancy limits, in response to Texas Senate Bill No. 1567 passed by the 89th Texas Legislature.
- Interlocal Agreement with Brazos County for Inmate Labor to provide inmate labor services for minor construction and maintenance projects, landscaping, and litter abatement throughout the city, in an amount not to exceed $98,000.
- Second extension of annual contracts to provide all city departments the option to purchase apparel with city logos as follows: CC Creations ($93,750); Monograms & More ($10,000); and No Ego ($10,000), for a cumulative total of $113,750.
- Resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve submission and acceptance of a grant for the Routine Airport Maintenance Program at Coulter Airfield from the Texas Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 2026, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

- Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Union Pacific Railroad Authorizations and License Agreement (covering East Pease Street) related to Railroad Quiet Zone Phase 2, for the not to exceed amount of $116,447.
- Contract with May Recreation Equipment & Design, L.P. for the purchase and installation of two replacement playground equipment for Villa West Park in the amount of $376,224.
- Preliminary Engineering Agreement, for the Downtown Bryan Quiet Zone project, in the not to exceed amount of $170,000, to allow Union Pacific Railroad to continue design efforts for trackside improvements associated with the project.
- First extension to the Right-Of-Way Mowing Contract with Rios Tree Services, for a not to exceed amount of $329,748, and Yellowstone Landscaping, for a not to exceed amount of $90,932.
- First extension to the Annual Contract for Concrete Curb, Gutter and Flat Work contract with Brazos Site Works for a not to exceed amount of $747,586.
- First amendment to the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Agreement with the Atlas Hotel, now operating as Stella Hotel, to receive reimbursements based on the amount of HOT collected by the hotel and the hotel’s actual marketing expenses.
- Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between the City of Bryan, Bryan Commerce and Development, Inc., and the BioCorridor Property Owners Association, for the construction of a 200-space parking garage to support future office, retail, restaurant, and entertainment in the master planned Lake Walk community.
- Funding agreement between the City of Bryan and the Greater Brazos Partnership for Fiscal Year 2026 in the amount of $350,000 to further economic development interests. The City of College Station and Brazos County also are providing funding at the same amount.
- Travis Bryan Midtown Park Boardwalk Change Order No. 5 with Bartlett Cocke for a not to exceed amount of $14,386.86.
- Right-of-Way abandonment request of 0.055 acres in the 800 block of North Parker Avenue, generally located between West 18th and West Martin Luther King Jr. Streets.
- Blanket Purchase Orders for tire purchases with the following vendors: Southern Tire Mart ($100,000); Cy-Fair Tire ($100,000); Pilger’s Tire and Auto Center ($25,000); and Discount Tire ($15,000) for a total amount not to exceed $240,000.
- Blanket Purchase Orders for the following land and easement acquisition firms in amounts not to exceed as follows: $100,000 with Threshold Land Services, Inc.; $60,000 with Stateside Right of Way Services; $60,000 with 7 Arrows Land Staff; and $40,000 with Halff Associates; for a total not to exceed authorization of $260,000.
- Appointment of citizen representatives to a Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee to assist in the development of a new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Bryan.
