- Rezoning request to change the classification from a combination of Retail District (C-2) and Industrial District (I) to Commercial District (C-3), on 8.23 acres of land located at the south corner of Finfeather and Turkey Creek Roads, to allow the construction of a motor fuel retail establishment and five flex space buildings.
- Amend the text of Code of Ordinances Chapter 130 – Zoning, to repeal and replace Section 130-31 by clarifying the purpose and the permitted uses in Planned Development Districts (PDs), as well as providing clear development guidance and standards in this zoning district, and to amend Section 130-8, Zoning Districts Established, to retire the existing PD Districts by adding a table with these districts with their abbreviated designation and zoning district name.

- Ordinance temporarily reducing the speed limit of Highway 6 and its frontage roads at the request of the Texas Department of Transportation to enhance worker and motorist safety during construction.
- Purchase of Enterprise Storage Hardware from Soccour Solutions for $379,800 through the Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract.
- Construction Contract to D&S Contracting for a not to exceed amount of $3,258,811 to replace three sanitary sewer lines and one water line.
- Amendment to the 2025 cement stabilized sand Blanket Purchase Order not to exceed $150,000.
- Annual Hot Mix Material contract with BPI Materials, Inc not to exceed $129,000.
- Right-of-Way Abandonment request to abandon an 80-foot-wide portion of unimproved public street right-of-way for North Reed Avenue and a portion of a 20-foot alleyway, 0.23 acres of land generally located between West 21st and 22nd Streets and adjacent to 909 and 1001 West 21st Street.
- Right-of-Way Abandonment request to abandon 0.159 acres of public street right-of-way for Aspen Street, southeast of its intersection with Foch Street.
- Adoption of a Resolution approving the Five Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2030 for a total of $167,998,000.
- Interlocal Agreement between the City of Bryan and Galveston County to extend the authority to purchase a supplemental critical illness policy to satisfy Texas House Bill 4144.
- Design contract for the Stormwater Master Plan – 2D Modeling Update Project, in an amount not to exceed $650,000 to Torres & Associates, LLC.
- Adjustments to Annual Price Agreements for library books and related materials, terminating an existing Annual Price Agreement with Baker & Taylor, amending an existing agreement with Ingram and approving a new agreement with Midwest Tape, LLC.
- First amendment to Professional Services Contract between the City of Bryan and REV Sports Management, LLC.
- Expenditures for the Brazos Central Appraisal District for services provided to the City of Bryan for Fiscal Year 2026 pursuant to Chapter 6.06(D) of the Texas Property Tax Code in the amount of $722,739.
