City offices will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Residential solid waste and brush/bulky collections will run as normal.

The possession, storage, sale, use, and discharge of fireworks of all types are prohibited. This includes all types of consumer fireworks, such as firecrackers, smoke bombs, fountains, sparklers, poppers, and Roman candles. Fireworks are also illegal in College Station. The safest way to enjoy fireworks safely is by attending a professional display.
