Neal Park was developed in 1998 from renovations to the existing Williams Park. The park has a large picnic pavilion with BBQ grills, a lighted sand volleyball court, a lighted tennis court, restrooms, a community garden, a covered and lighted basketball court, several playground units with rubber surfacing underneath, a practice soccer/football field, and even a covered and lighted outdoor classroom amphitheater.
