Consent
- Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for updating the City of Bryan 2D stormwater model and preparing a Master Drainage Plan utilizing the City’s $65,000 matching funds to leverage $585,000 in a federal fund reimbursement from the TWDB under the federal Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program.
- Approval of the first extension for purchase of sulfur dioxide gas with PVS DX, Inc. in a not to exceed amount of $138,060.
- Consideration to approve the first amendment to the third restatement of the Inter-local Agreement (ILA) for the construction, acquisition, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Brazos Valley Wide Area Communications System (BVWACS) and the first amendment to the ILA for managing entity by the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) for the BVWACS, for the purpose of adding Robertson County as a full BVWACS Party.
- Resolution for the City of Bryan Fire Department to apply for a State Homeland Security Grant, through the Office of the Governor in the amount of $50,000, to purchase ballistic personal protective equipment.
- Reject all bids for Burton Creek Water Treatment Building Repair. A new Request for Bids will be released in anticipation of gaining greater market interest for the project.
- Reject all proposals for developer and operator/manager of Travis Major Field. Staff will prepare a budget proposal to begin internal operation of the City-owned facility utilizing rental agreements with existing user groups, including the Brazos Valley Bombers, beginning Jan. 1, 2026.
- Resolution to clarify the scope of authority of the Bryan Texas Utilities Board to delegate signature authority to its General Manager.

- Purchase of Fire Station Alerting Equipment to replace the current, end-of-life system, in a not to exceed amount of $182,000.
- Three-year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement purchased through SoftwareOne using The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), for a total contract cost not to exceed $486,246.
- Retail Water Service Area Agreement with Wellborn Special Utility District for an amount not to exceed $258,400.
- Contract for the rehabilitation of Well #16, located on Louis Mikulin Road, to Alsay, Inc., for a not to exceed amount of $573,043.
- Approval of planned and budgeted vehicle purchases for various departments from Caldwell Country Chevrolet in a not to exceed total of $873,495.
