The 2025 Texas Amateur Athletic Federation’s Summer Games of Texas kicks off Thursday, July 31, and runs through Sunday, Aug. 3, at premier venues across College Station and Bryan.
Home for the holidays? The BCS Library System has new streaming video options
The Bryan + College Station Public Library System has expanded its streaming video options, and now offers more than 30,000 popular videos, TV series, independent films, and documentaries, including a whole new collection of videos for children ages 2-8.
This vast and diverse new collection has something for everyone, and it’s perfect if you have some extra time on your hands during the holidays. New offerings feature titles from Warner Bros., MGM, BBC, Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate, The History Channel, A&E, The Criterion Collection, Kino Lorber, The Great Courses, and more.
For the little ones, there’s the new Kanopy Kids video library, the streaming service’s carefully curated titles from Sesame Street, Jim Henson Productions, Weston Woods, Highlights for Children, Signed Stories, and more.

These children’s videos are designed to help promote empathy, critical thinking, and building STEM skills. Parents may set Parental Controls so their children only see videos in the Kanopy Kids section on Kanopy.
