
Drive-In Double Feature Set for May 16
Make plans to load up the whole family and enjoy a drive-in double feature of “Lilo & Stitch” and “Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch” on Friday, May 16, at Bryan Regional Athletic Complex.
The City of Bryan is developing its 2025-29 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development, which will guide the allocation of federal funds for housing, community development, and services for low- to moderate-income residents.
This five-year plan, required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will outline priorities and strategies for addressing housing needs and enhancing quality of life in Bryan. Public involvement is a key part of the planning process to ensure federal funds are allocated effectively and equitably.
About the Consolidated Plan
HUD administers programs to assist low-income households and vulnerable populations. To receive funding through these programs, local governments must submit a Consolidated Plan every five years. The plan:
