Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 8, Pendleton Drive will be closed to through traffic from FM 158/Boonville Road to Maroon Creek Drive for road repairs. The existing roadway will be replaced with new concrete in various locations within this closure area.
Saint-Gobain, through its building products subsidiary CertainTeed LLC, announced that the company intends to build a new, state-of-the art manufacturing facility and distribution center in Texas Triangle Park (TTP) in Bryan.
The City of Bryan’s Planning and Development Services was awarded the 2022 Richard R. Lillie, FAICP Planning Excellence Recognition Program from the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association for the seventh consecutive year. The City of Bryan Municipal Office Building and all other city administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Dec. 26 in observance of the Christmas holiday and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
City offices will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 in observance of New Year’s Day and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, Jan. 3.

On Dec. 3, Bryan Mayor Bobby Gutierrez and College Station Mayor John Nichols went head-to-head to ring for the Salvation Army’s 16th Annual Mayor Ring Off – a friendly competition to raise money to help provide essential services to those in need in our community. $6,264.24 was raised from the City of Bryan and $2,244.04 from the City of College Station, making the City of Bryan the winner for the 15th year in a row.
