Bryan Court Clerk named Certified Municipal Court Clerk, earns Level III Certification

Julie McGowan, a Warrant Technician-Deputy Clerk of the City of Bryan Municipal Court completed all of the requirements for Level III of the Municipal Court Clerk Certification Program and was awarded the title of Certified Municipal Court Clerk.
