Get ready to step into better health with Walk with a Doc this fall! The Bryan Parks and Recreation Department, in collaboration with Baylor Scott & White, invites you to join us on select Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m. at Tiffany Park, 3890 Copperfield Drive.
Adults 21 and older can enjoy doctor-led, walking groups in a friendly and supportive setting. It’s a great opportunity to get outdoors, improve your physical well-being, learn from healthcare professionals, and make new connections.

Here’s the Baylor Scott & White provider schedule:
Participants will meet at the Tiffany Park Pavilion, located behind the basketball court. It’s free to participate, but registration is required, and all participants must complete a waiver on-site before joining the walk.
In the event of inclement weather, the walk will be held inside the Neal Recreation Center, 600 N. Randolph Ave.
About Walk with a Doc
Since its inception in 2005 by cardiologist Dr. David Sabgir, Walk with a Doc has grown into a nationwide movement that creates healthier communities by combining the power of physical activity, health education, social connection, and time in nature.
