Notice: Development Services and Engineering Services will close to visitors at noon on Friday, Dec. 12, while staff move into their new office space. Inspections and phone support will continue. The former BTU building behind City Hall at 200 E. 29th St. is now the Development Center and will open to the public on Monday, Dec. 15.
