The Purchasing Department is responsible for procuring goods and services for all city departments and performing these purchases in accordance with state and local requirements.

It is also important for all vendors -- even those previously registered in the city's prior system -- to register. The new online vendor registration system allows the vendor to update their information at any time and to receive notifications of bid opportunities in the commodities selected during registration.
