The first public meeting on the City of Bryan’s Wayside Drive and Carter Creek Parkway Storm Sewer Improvements Project will be held on Monday, Dec. 11 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Henderson Elementary School Cafeteria, 801 Matous Drive in Bryan.
Help continue Bryan’s winning streak for a good cause. Mayor Bobby Gutierrez will face off against College Station Mayor John Nichols in the Salvation Army’s annual Mayor’s Ring Off on Saturday, Dec. 2 from noon to 1 p.m. Mayor Gutierrez will be at the Walmart on Briarcrest Drive in Bryan.

The City of Bryan’s Water Services will be performing smoke testing of sanitary sewer lines intermittently throughout November.
The Bryan Animal Center has a very popular program that has provided more than 2,400 free microchips and rabies vaccinations to Bryan pets since 2021. These events are held four times a year, usually in March, May, August and November.

Starting Monday morning, Oct. 16, Union Pacific Railroad will be transferring Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG – non-odorized) from six rail cars damaged in the July 31 derailment into six other tank cars for transportation out of town. Work will be completed in the area of F&B Road and Wellborn Road.
