Veterans will be honored in a new way at the Bryan City Cemetery, beginning this fall. Ellen Fuller with Wreaths Across America is spearheading an effort to construct a granite memorial honoring Brazos Valley veterans that will be located in the veterans section of Bryan City Cemetery.
You’ve heard of Public Works, but what does this city department include? In honor of Public Works Week and to help us better appreciate this vast department, we’ve gathered a list of the many services that Public Works covers. Some services you may find familiar; others may be new to you, but their job is still the same: to serve Bryan residents in areas that impact you on a daily basis.
Bryan continues to grow in leaps and bounds, and as more new residents arrive to enjoy our thriving downtown, desirable quality of life and excellent schools, they do so in the knowledge that these programs – and numerous others from the Bryan Police Department – are providing them with the safety and security that Bryan residents have come to expect. It’s just another reason that people want to experience “The Good Life, Texas Style.”
